NEIGHBOR TO NEIGHBOR

      Neighbor to Neighbor with Dick Harper is a weekly visit with some of the people in the Resource Directory and around the community who make Franklin and Grand Isle Counties a friendly and productive place to live. Dick interviews service providers and volunteers as well as festival organizers and community leaders.
      Neighbor to Neighbor appears on Adelphia Cable Channel 15.
      The sixth edition of the Franklin-Grand Isle Resource Directory is available now. The result of over seven years of planning and volunteer effort, the directory is an annually updated description, "phone book," and listing of medical providers, human service agencies, schools, libraries, arts councils, Town Clerks, and other community-based programs and services. It is a useful reference for individuals, families, and service providers.
     The resource directory is available at most listed agancies, at the United Way office, and online thanks to the St Albans Messenger.
